VM Quick Reference Card for Batch Import Workflow

1. Obtain vitals with the device and then attach the device to a PC with a USB cable.

2. Double click on for log on screen to appear. Enter Username, Password and then click on Log on.

3. Ensure the is: Green = Device Connected. Red = Disconnected

4. Click on Device on toolbar, then Import data from device

5. The vitals to import display. Verify √’ed items are the ones to import. Click Import in lower right.

6. Import Complete message appears; click Done in lower right. Clicking Done clears the device, updates the

Patient Record and returns the user to the Home page with the patient list.

To Edit data: Double click on a

vital sign, then click on Edit

button on bottom of screen.
